Drug Take Back Day

Do you have expired or unused prescription/over the counter medications at home?

Here is an easy way to dispose of them properly. On Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 10:00AM – 2:00PM, you can drop off these medications at the Culver City Police Department, which is located at 4040 Duquesne Ave., Culver City (just south of City Hall). There will be a drive-thru lane in front of the police station, and an officer will take your bag or box directly from your car. You do not need to remove the labels from any medication bottles. This event is sponsored by the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration), and all drugs collected will be incinerated at the end of the day by the DEA.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING:

Prescription medication pills, over-the-counter pills, pet prescription medication, liquid medication (tightly sealed)

WHAT YOU CAN’T BRING:

No needles (including epi pens), vape devices, liquids other than liquid medications, creams, intravenous solutions, IV bags, oxygen tanks, nebulizer machines, inhalers, or thermometers accepted per the DEA's regulations
