Forensic Section
The Culver City Police Department’s Forensic Section is accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) as a forensic inspection body under the ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard. This accreditation ensures our unit meets rigorous requirements for impartiality, technical competence, and quality in crime scene investigation and fingerprint comparison. The CCPD Forensic Section provides a variety of services to help our Detectives solve crime, including crime scene documentation, evidence collection, latent print development, and fingerprint identification.
